Frequently Asked Questions

• My snaps aren't working!  Help!
• The heat of the dryer can cause the snaps to warp.  If you have access to a snap pliers or press, you can simply re-press them.  You can also contact me about how to send them back to me.  I will repress them for free.
• Do I have to buy both sizes?
• Yes.  And no.  Please see my page here.
• Where are all of the other products?
• Bubbleworks Creations was started to provide products that are either very difficult or impossible to find elsewhere.  However, I do take special orders for things like pocket diapers and wet bags.  I LOVE special orders!  You may also occasionally find some of these items in my shop.
• Can you recommend a brand of pocket diapers?
• No matter what brand you choose, I strongly recommend that you do not use the microfiber inserts they include.  Bubbleworks Organic Inserts will not hold the stink like the artificial fibers. 
• Swaddlebees and Blueberry diapers are USA made and have a great fit.  BumGenius 4.0 fit most babies.  Imagine brand has a good (and inexpensive) pocket diaper.
• What covers work best with your diapers?
• Bubbleworks Organic Hemp Fitted - This diaper has a high height at the hip.  My favorite covers include the Blueberry Coverall, Swaddlebees Capri, and Imagine Onesize.  Thirsties covers are another good option for this diaper.  Please be aware that the aplix and snap covers are completely different cuts.
• Bubbleworks Flannel Fitted -  This is a trim diaper that will function well under most any cover. 
• Bubbleworks Organic Insert - This is an incredibly trim diaper.  It will stay in place best in a trim cover.  Try Flip, Gro-Via, Thirsties, and Imagine.
• How many diapers do I need?
• This question varies greatly based on how frequently you change your baby and wash your diapers.  An average amount would be 12-24 diapers.  I usually keep about 16 including my nighttime diapers.
